At Fit To Hit Designer, we prioritize your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent cancellation and return process. Please read the policy below for complete details.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping:

    • You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

    • To cancel, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number.

    • If the payment is already made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • After Shipping:

    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    • However, you can initiate a return after the product is delivered (see return process below).


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product is damaged, defective, wrong size, or incorrect item received.

  • A return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging with all tags intact

    • Not washed or altered in any way

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer care with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Share clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  4. After the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size-related issues or product defects.

  • We will ship the replacement item once the returned product passes quality check.

  • Exchange depends on product availability. If not available, a refund will be issued.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for your bank details to initiate the refund.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.


5. Important Notes

  • Products bought during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • If the return does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
