1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
To cancel, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number.
If the payment is already made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
After Shipping:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you can initiate a return after the product is delivered (see return process below).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
The product is damaged, defective, wrong size, or incorrect item received.
A return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items must be:
Unused and unworn
In original packaging with all tags intact
Not washed or altered in any way
Return Process:
Contact our customer care with your Order ID and reason for return.
Share clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
After the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size-related issues or product defects.
We will ship the replacement item once the returned product passes quality check.
Exchange depends on product availability. If not available, a refund will be issued.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for your bank details to initiate the refund.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
5. Important Notes
Products bought during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
If the return does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.
